This mobile app idea originated in 2014 as an educational tool and eye training program. Trainyoureyes101 was officially released on the iOS platform in January 2019. The app gained recognition when it was selected by the Apple Women’s Entrepreneur Camp in Summer 2019. Today, under the name Eye Quix, the app continues its mission of improving eyesight for a diverse range of users, including children, adults with extensive computer usage, athletes seeking enhanced performance, seniors, and the generally inquisitive. Over 180 individuals have benefited from this tool, with more than 97% experiencing an improvement of one or more lines in their vision. Notably, Eye Quix has been utilized by tennis and baseball athletes for performance enhancement.
